  Cancelled flight, booked in to the Ibis, Darling Harbour, by QANTAS and I could not have been treated any better. The staff were amazing, particularly Michael, who was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.The Café- Restaurant was fabulous as I could stay in and have a lovely meal. I also appreciated the hotel driver service, rather than a taxi, as it was personal, helpful, quick and very reasonably priced.
  The room was clean, had the essentials and was big enough.
  I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend the Ibis to my family and friends.

  Amazing service, especially from Petra at check in. The one exception was the person who came to call me for my taxi- major attitude and made me feel like an inconvenience. Decent breakfast, great bar, comfortable bed, incredible views. Rooms are small but adequately sized for a solo traveller. Unfortunately they're untidy... stained walls, ratty carpet and generally shabby. The location was so exceptional that I'd consider staying again just for that but you do need to lift your game and keep the rooms fresh.
